Features of Google Drive
Store any file of your choosing
Its advanced cloud-based storage service has the capability of storing and accessing files with a maximum of 15GB of free storage. Store anything consisting of movies, games, photos, stories, recordings, drawings, e-books, music, software, and many more. Users also have the liberty to buy additional storage in Google Drive if their requirements exceed higher than normal 15 GB free storage.
There’s an enterprise version of Google Drive as well that offers more management controls, unlimited storage, and intuitive management controls for IT and API to connect to the organization’s existing business applications and tech support from Google as well.
Take control of your data from anywhere and any device
The most amazing and useful feature of Google’s cloud storage service is that you can access all your files easily with any tablet, smartphone, or computer located from anywhere as long as you remember your Google credentials and device with internet access. Backup your files from anywhere and any device and keep your files wherever you go.
Robust security with AES encryption
Google Drive takes the security of the user’s personal files very seriously and is encrypted by TES (transport layer security) before leaving the user's device and uploads to Google cloud. When the user’s data reaches Google drive, it unencrypts and re-encrypts with 128 bit AES (advanced encryption standard). This AES implements another security layer along with two-factor authentication.
Collaborate or share your files easily
You can share, collaborate, and invite others to download or make adjustments to your files without requiring the user to download attachments.
